  • Parking
    We are located in a plaza with ample free parking. If the main lot is full, additional parking is available behind the building and on the east side.

    Studio Access
    Please enter through the front door and proceed upstairs to access our studios.

    Accessibility Notice
    Kindly note that our facility does not have an elevator.

  • Studio Occupancy Limits
    To ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and staff, each studio has a maximum occupancy limit (including vendors):

    • Victorian: 8 people

    • Arch: 6 people

    • Infinity: 4 people

  • Restroom & Changing Facilities
    Yes, we have two public restrooms that also serve as changing rooms. Our facilities are professionally cleaned daily to maintain a sanitary and safe environment for all guests.

  • How do I book a studio?
    All bookings are made through our website. Each studio has its own pricing and schedule, and your reservation gives you access only to the room you’ve booked. If you’d like to use more than one studio at the same time, just reach out to us through our contact page or email us at info@bhajstudios.ca — we’ll be happy to help!

    What’s included in my booking?
    All furniture and décor in the studio are included in your rental. You may bring your own props / décor but please book enough time to accommodate additional setups and cleanup for your full session from start to finish. The room must be restored to it’s original condition before session completion.

  • How do you maintain cleanliness?
    We take pride in keeping our studios fresh and ready for every booking. Each space is cleaned daily by a professional cleaning company to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

    To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines:

    • Indoor shoe policy: Please bring a clean set of shoes to wear inside each studio.

    • Food & beverage policy: To keep our studios spotless, food and drinks are not permitted inside the studios. You’re welcome to enjoy them in our common areas instead.

    • Tidy up: Please return all furniture and décor to their original place and leave the space as you found it.

    These simple steps help us keep the studios welcoming for everyone. If extra cleaning is required after your session, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

  • Photographer Recommendations
    Our studio operates on a bring-your-own-camera basis, as we do not provide photography services, just the space. However, we are pleased to offer recommendations for talented local photographers to assist with your creative projects.

  • Tours
    We operate as an appointment-based studio. Please contact us to schedule a tour, and one of our knowledgeable team members would be delighted to guide you through the space.

  • Cancellations
    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours results in a forfeiture of the session fee.
